Man I know I have, there's all kinds of stuff I've had to chance in the last few knee surgerys.. Not to mention changing things due to the back and shoulders to prevent further injurys..

Other than warming up more & stretching more, its still heavy & ball-busting workouts as usual here.

I do 3-4 warm ups sets for nearly every exercise now.

I use the pyramid technique with all of my compound movements. Then when I hit my target weight I do 5 sets of that weight, unless the body says whoa!

More the most part my w/o's are shorter and a lot less volume. If I do up the reps i go with a lot lighter weight. More rest time also. And I try to listen to my body more so than I use too.

I noticed that each year my body takes longer and longer to warm up. I can't jump into some of the exercises and weights like I have been able to in the past.

Being 48 I warm up more and I actually listen to my body. My intensity when lifting is thru the roof! That has not slowed down

for the last ten years i have been doing one bodypart a day, i still get a great workout and a full week to recover. lighter weights, never work thru pain, if i want to focus on a particular group i double it up at the end of the week.

I just work around aches and pains the best I can and do plenty of warmups and stretching.
BigSickD does not actually exist. He is the alter ego of a punkass 17yo kid that doesn't even workout.
