Baking soda
Has anyone experimented with using baking soda to help prevent lactic acid so you could do more reps while working out? At what dosage do you use it? Does it help a lot?

I always keep a box of Arm & Hammer in the fridge to absorb any bad smells.

I take magnesium with zinc before sleep. I don't buy ZMA bcoz usually the dose isn't as high as if you buy them separately. It's purported to increase recovery & aid REM sleep. I can attest to the latter, bcoz I dream my ass off when taking it.
