Don't all aas have a negative effect on cholesterol, either the ldl or hdl?
Which ones have the biggest impact?

Not necessarily. Test in reasonable doses should effect it much. Maybe a little. I'm not sure about other compounds other than tren and most oral will have a negative impact on both hdl and ldl. If you want to trash a mint lipid panel, for example, run tren and winstrol for a couple months

When I stayed on trt for a couple years my lipid panel returned to mint.

Probably orals like var, winni and some others have the biggest impact.

Are there ways to help improve cholesterol while cycling besides avoiding garbage foods?

Cardio, oatmeal, Niacin, krill and fish oils.
