    Coffee filtered vs unfiltered

I have only brewed filtered coffee. Never tried unfiltered.

Is french press coffee considered filtered? I would never do french press if I could t get organic non GMO beans.

I heard about this. Basically the filter, filters out the bad oil that can raise your ldl. I use pods that fit in a keurig but not the K cups. They have what looks like a coffee filter on the bottom. I wonder if that counts? May be too thin?

What’s your favorite coffee right now? Mine are Camerons Specialty Coffee- Toasted Southern Pecan EcoPods. My runner up is Kauai Coffee- Coconut Caramel Crunch Coffee Pods. Fit right in my Keurig. They have them at Giant Foods of anyone wants to try.

Man you gotta get on that french press... The buzz from the ground fresh beans and fresh compounds released is amazing. I was overdosing on it without knowing going 0 to 100 in 20 minutes... Nice thing about the coffee and it's massive health properties (gallic acid, caffeic acid, etc) is that even if you are over dosing on it and grinding too many beans per let's say 8-10 oz of purified water or spring water you just will have a significant crash and your adrenals will be off for a day or two.

Had my cup this morning with a small amount of beans from Italy or something. Delicious.

No sugar. Just a tablespoon of Coffee mate creamer

My old girlfriend did the Keurig cups and would buy all the fancy flavors and she said mine was better and richer

If there's a heavy amount of foam and oil floating on the top of the coffee (which you can really only get a significant amount of from an expensive machine like the Gallia for $1500 or a french press) that is where almost all of the polyphenols and major health compounds are

Make no mistake, in the right proportions coffee is a health supplement/food because the coffee bean is actually the fruit or literally seed of the coffee plant. Learned that about two years ago.

Modern medicine more appropriately called Modern Drug Medicine points to coffee as a culprit for certain issues like high blood pressure but refuse to acknowledge (because of their inherent darkness and lack of good) the other causative factors or the fact that inappropriate use and moreso, poor quality and rancid chemicals in processed coffee plus sugar are the major causes of the heart issues, plaque atherosclerosis etc etc

Well yeah, me too. It’s just that some brands make “pods” instead. But they are made for a Keurig. I like how the newer Keurigs can let you adjust the temp and strength. The new one I have does. It also comes with a k-cup filter you can put whatever ground coffee in it that you want. I’m definitely a fan of the flavored coffees but also like those new Nespresso machines. A friend of mine has one and the regular coffee it makes is incredible! I kinda want one. One of my customers makes me coffee whenever I come to her home and uses a French press. That shit is fucking good too. And strong!

Must be like smooth and crunchy peanut butter. Also never even thought it was a thing.

We don’t have Keurig here unfortunately. I had a Nespresso machine but sold it because the cardiologist told me to stay away from caffeine. I still have a double dosed Folgers before cardio every morning.

                              There we go.

What type of coffee would be Palestinian or Iranian women?
