      was not too bad today didnt wanna push it. hurt it the past 2 times so I just hit it normal today

              That is great for 4 hours of sleep...lol You and others actually made me laugh this morning.....when I went to bed around 1 am (pacific) last night, I noticed several of you in the chat room. When I woke around 8 am, you were still there!!! Was wonderin if you slept at all!!

                  Tim, when you are getting down to lower reps per set, how long are you resting in between? I know employ some powerlifting techniques and was curious if you were resting upwards of 3 minutes.

                      I go up to 5 min fr my biggest lifts. depends on how I feel that day. I cant wait til this damn bronchitis goes away so I can train again

                            Off day upper body. still getting back into working out after being sick for a week. so I did a light,well sorta light upper body day.

                              Nice way to get back into it. Don't do what I do and just go hell bent for leather, jiust fucks things up later.
