      Nice training...I did try pullups for the time last week on back day. Not too bad. I had to do them assisted on a Smith Machine, but only by a 40lb assisted weight though. I'll get there...

      You are shrugg'n a shit load though. My God! Very cool!

        Thanks Maidn. thats actually a 150lb cut in weight for me. I havent been shrugging as much lately just because my traps seem to get disproportionately large when I train them regularly, it was actually my first time shrugging in several weeks.


        Assisted pull ups are a great start. eventually you will be able to hit them without the assist
