        Legs - After much pushing by a few individuals I decided I am gonna try to gear my training toward competing next sept.

        Squats

        135 x 10
        185 x 10
        225 x 8
        275 x 6 - bar shifted and messed me up

        Legs press

        8 plates x 3 sets

        Ham curls - all slow negs
        160 x 10
        170 x 10
        190 x 5

        Standing calf raises
        4 sets

                          WHAT U R GONNA COMPETE? This is news to me! Great now there will be no attention on MY training needs. Nice know'n ya...

                          BTW - Great decision, you will kick ass! Once you get a taste of the competition beast, it will have you for good. There's no turn'n back and you will only get hungryer! U will surely quest for the sword...and some "KING'S" actually get it. Start practice posing now. Must people (at least the men/women I know) do from a year out so they can nail it on stage. The judges really concentrate on this. Get those mandatories down!

                              Do you just train shoulders on one day? They have a day of their own? Perhaps I should try this method? I put them in leg day, but legs take so much time.
