    Ha ha...it tastes like roasted grass with a touch of almond. Not too bad. I'm enduring it. Just very mad at self...but that is another thread!

            you have to take chromium consistently for it to really be effective. 1000MCG divided into two doses is what is recommended for Type 2 diabetics. If you aren't you could still take that much or just 500mcg, usuallly in the mornings.

              The bottle said to take one daily and i already took in the morning.

                  okay.. i will do that... I just noticed that i'm burping alot... like i need to drink alot of water... i think it's because of the supplement that i'm taking... i don't feel sick or nauseous just burping.
