        Had to take off three days from the gym. There was no way around it. Got back in there today for chest.

        Incline Chest 4 sets
        flat dumbdells 4 sets
        Pec Deck 4 sets
        Flay Flys 4 sets


        Not feeling or looking so good. Have to work pretty much all day tomm doing some shit outside. Plan on hitting shoulders monday and will have diet it up for monday night.

            Overhead french presses 4 sets SS with reverse grip pushdowns
            Single rope overhead
            Dips

            Dumbell Curls 5 sets
            HS Curls single arm curls 5 sets
            Reverse grip curls 4 sets

              Today was back.

              Wide grip Pull Ups 3 sets
              Revers Grip pull ups 3 sets
              Lat pulldowns 2 sets
              high wide grip seated rows 2 sets
              HS Rows 2 sets
              HS Pulldown with reverse grip 2 sets
              Dumbell Rows 2 sets
              2 sets of shrugs and deads


              Tomm is legs.

                  HS Flys SS with HS decline 4 sets
                  Flat Bench 4 sets
                  Cable Flys 4 sets

                  Weight is still pretty low. Been in extreme heat the past two weeks. Gonna up the cals quite a bit.
