Didn't click on link but I'll post what I think is very beneficial in pre-workout
L-Citrulline (obviously)
Betaine Anhydrous
L-Arginine 3+ grams
L-Tyrosine 500 mg (good for focus, tunes up thyroid, mood support)
Caffeine 150 mg
Niacin 50 mg
Vitamin C 500 mg
