Start doing some pin presses in the squat rack bro - your numbers will climb afterwards. It's an easy and safer way to go heavier...

Heavy Bench Day
Pause Bench (comp grip) - barx10 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 340x1 375x5PR Weighted Dips - 45x3 100x2 145x2 200x4PR missed 5th rep Incline DB Curl - 40'sx6 50'sx7 DB Hammer Preacher Curl - 40'sx3 50'sx3 60'sx3 Rotator I wasn't very strong or explosive today, but I still managed to get the 375x5. The funny thing is that the 4th rep was by far the strongest. My lower back was still sore from squatting wednesday so I had trouble getting my arch and staying tight. But if you ask me for being a weak day i'm still happy as fuck. I also got the 200x4 set on the weighted dips taped so i'll post that up later. |

DE Bench Day
Speed Bench - Warm up 225x3 8sets Incline Flyes - 55'sx10 65'sx10 Cable OH Straight Bar Rows - 210x7 240x7 270x7 Rotator Had a great workout today I was pretty explosive with everything I did. I tried a new set up on bench. It's hard to describe but Anthony had a clip of a guy doing it before so I gave it a try. It's where you lay on the bench put your feet up on it, then you put your traps down - then your legs follow and you are already set up and ready to press. I could have prolly done more on the Flyes, but it's been awhile and flexibility was an issue so I didn't want to push it. Other than that everything was great |
