Very impressive Fred! You've done a tremendous job...lots of hard work, discipline and dedication is evident. AND a lot of years go into building a frame that massive. All these kids weighing a buck fifty and asking cycle advice think that after 6 months they'll look like that!

Haha John I agree. Fred was sick back when he was only 21. Yo youngblood, killa front double bi...you got that "arms big as head" gig going on. Also ya don't have the "disappearing pecs" syndrome going on when you lift your arms like many do - including pros - solid lower pec line even in a front bi! Don't see any weak points dude...full quads & sweep, big calves, killa arms & delts & forearms, thick chest and wide lats. Good luck in your plans and reaching your goals...I'm sure you will do well brutha.Comment
