Mostly just a "scare" because an "ambulance chaser" saw a clever way to sue the big vitamin companies and make a fast buck. He knows he could never win, but possibly one or two of the 9 manufacturers will grease his palm to settle out of court. Then, the other companies will use stricter controls and the price of fish oil will double for the consumer, with a safety improvement so slight, that it wouldn't matter one iota.

Bottom line...the benefits of EFA and EPA in 3-4 capsules of Fish Oil for a man over 30 far outweigh the risk.

P.S. latest research shows taking even 1.000 mg (1 capsule) per day works better than ritalin in middle school children with ADD or ADHD...sans side effects.

I agree a little over hyped however the doctor in the video is pretty accurate. I like what he has to say. They also tell you how to locate supp. companies that take out the PCB's.

Most brands offer "burpless" fish oil. But you get less oil for a higher price.
