16oz 2% milk,1/2 cups ground oats, 1/2 cup blueberries and 2 scoops of vanilla protein
3 eggs
1 onion bagel with garlic/olive oil butter
Lunch
Grilled skirt steak served on tortillas with tomato,lettuce and Black beans
16 oz 2% choc milk
Notes
I hit 305 for 1 rep and that is a new PR for me.I tried 325 but failed.
