Chalk Alterantive!!!!???!

Hey guys and gals!! Just changed gyms and need some suggestions on chalk alternatives. Came from a powerlifting gym, but job relocation has me switching. I know the owner very well, so I can bring in my own Texas power bar but absolutely no chalk!! Heard pitchers rosin etc, but it’s still powder. One guy dumped his chalk in a baby power bottle lol! I don’t wanna break the rules and I’m not strapping so shoot guys!!

Coat your hands with antiperspirant prior to your lifting.

Yes but don't us a stick kind. Use the kind that makes a spray powder. It stays put and won't make a mess and piss off others. You might want to experiment a little. I have never done it myself but I knew a guy many years ago that swore by it when our gym "outlawed" chalk.

But if you are only lifting 600 on a DL you shouldn't need it. Use it only when you are ready to go heavy.
