Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone has ever taken up cycling, mountain biking along with running a cycle. Due to gyms being down and being an OTR truck driver i purchased a mountain bike and I have been doing rides at all my stops overnight. The general workout has been great, I was considering running a cycle with it and wanted to know if anyone has went this route and what there results were, weight and muscle gain or loss.
Right now im riding around 20-30 miles per day, ive got a heavy carb load and not much activity other then the riding.
If a lot of people happen to cycle as part of a daily workout regine maybe Lifts will give us a dedicated post for this, thanks.
