Record but training is getting hard and I can't do Mma in the winter anymore so I lift weights
I am 6-1 260lbs prob 14% bf and by the time I fight ill drop 15 maybe 20lbs
In picture I just did a set of pull ups so by arms were in buff guy pose I'm not a picture taker so I didn't bother redoing it as you can see I'm not flexing just shit stance, lol
