It will be Monday weights Tuesday cardio Wednesday weights Thursday cardio Friday weights Saturday cardio and strongman stuff Sunday will be fishing with my kids
Goal is to tighten up for summer. Everything is adjustable as of right now except the workouts that's how I'm doing this for now.
