    Bursitis

A lingering injury. I've had it for over a year now, I'm constantly in pain but that never stopped me from working out. I just got back from physio. She wants me to see an osteopath and I have to stretch at least twice a day, in the morning and at night and also after each workout.

She also told me that I have more muscle mass than most people my age. That's kinda weird since I have lost a lot of mass when I stopped lifting months ago. I still do a lot of tennis, some cross fit/combat conditioning, swimming and cycling.

Many osteopath's are very good with sports related type injuries and imo definitely worth a try.

How long did it take to recover, Nigbo? I have had it for a year now. GF says it is ITBS and that I need to stretch after every workout.

I know but I'm addicted and I have bad anxiety when I don't workout.
I take two days off a week now (one of my New Year's resolutions).

No no no. I saw your log somewhere recently where you said you went light on chest. Then Listed five exercises you did with 4 sets each just for pecs. That's overtraining for a big juiced bodybuilder. For you it's that plus it's eating your health away. You don't eat a tenth as much as necessary to train that way.

If you were addicted to booze or heroin we would suggest you stop. We love ya girl so knock it off. If you it you will have more and more problems.

What I have is ITBS and not a bursitis. It is calcified though and very painful.
Physiotherapist recommends stretching when I get up and also after every workout.

Playing tennis isn't helping but I cannot go without ...
