This is what I got:
2 bottles. 1 of each 30ml each.
Clen is 200mcg/ml
ECA is
EphedrineHCL 15mg, Caffeine 50mg, Aspirin 40mg per 1ml
*may also contain Guaifenesin 50mg per ml*
How much Clen/ECA should I take everyday? Thanks.Comment

I tell people aboout clen to use to effect which means till the sides are tolerable - like start with 60mcg - if no effect add 40mcg - increase till you get shakes - then decrease so sides are tolerable ( ie not that much shaking )Anything I say is for educational purposes only, and is not intended to diagnose or treat. For the dose you described .. Try this.
2ml in the morning followed by 2ml in the early afternoon and 1ml before 7pm
What i did was buy the ephedrine pills... and i take the liquid as you do in the mornng and afternoon... then add one pill in between at 25mg, with 200mg caffieneComment
