    Couple of 45's and a nickle. Felt light except for last two sets.

      Hit shoulder strengtheing this evening. Stayed with seated shoulder presses.
      135x20, 225x15, 255x10, 275x8, 315x6, 315x6, 275x7, 255x6
      Did a couple more sets than usual but was felling pretty strong still after my 5 usual sets. It's possible starting my first set lighter than 225 allowed me to warm up more slowly allowing for more sets. Who knows?!

        Hit dsquat training saturday. 585 5 sets of 6 reps per set. Hurt all day yesterday so I slept most of the day away.
        This eveing hit flat bench for 475x10 reps per set for 3 sets, then last two sets 475x9 reps per set.
        Switched test subject to ghrp2 saturday.

          Sore today. No sense training while I hurt like this.

            Been very tired this week, since starting the ghrp2. Wondering if that has any affect on this tiredness. Have been restless past couple of nights. But I also wonder if the amount of weight I repped Saturday then again on Monday could have pushed me into a state of over training.

              Another day floating around. Feel like I'm stoned all day long. Didn't do any peps yesyerday or today.

                Not feeling stoned today. No light headedness so far, no dizziness. Don't feel tired or sleepy, but then I slept 12 hours off and on.

                  Usually nap time at work. No need today. But then I'm not at work either!

                    Was able to train today. Was weak, but not sure if weakness was from coming off the peps or from the weights on the right side of the bar continually sliding towrds the end of the bar. But whatever the reason my reps were down some and weight that felt comfortable was less.
                    Worked up to 455 for warm-ups then hit 455 x10, x7, x8, x8, x8. But like I said 205lbs kept sliding to the end of the bar on the right side. I don't use clips or cuffs on the ends since I train alone in my back yard, if have to wind up dumping the weight I don't want it clipped on there.
                    Since I felt somewhat gypped in my training I dropped weight down to 425 and did 425x10, x10, x10, x10 just to increase pump.
                    No peps since Friday so my thinking is the peps may have been causing the drowsiness. I have been full of energy today, awake and alert.
                    Also a real discovery, peps definately increae your strength and size better than oral steroids or as good as without the liver toxicity.

                    A side note, did last shot of cyp Saturday so I will begin using test E probably this evening before bed.

                      Did shot of test e last night since cyp is gone, also my dose of arimidex and cabaser. Had morning wood finally. Cialis may be kicking in.

                        Had a good day at work. Stayed alert and active all day. Hit shoulders this evening. seated military press. (warm up - 135x20, 225x15) 255x10, 275x8, 255x8, 245x10, 245x10, 245x10, 225x12

                          Was gong to hit arms yesterday evening but took a nap when I got home from work and woke up 2 hrs later. So no nap today, straight to the weight pile in my back yard. Did my usual superset of olympic bar standing curls/ and lying tricep extensions.

                          I switched to test E Monday evening 600mg a week and today added ghrp2 back in pre-bed and post work out.
