    Great bench training today. Warmed up to 495 then did 5 sets for these reps:
    495x10, 495x8, 495x8, 495x9, 495x8
    It was great. I did have to resort to listening to Metallica for the last two sets to push my mental state into a frenzy, so to speak.
    But I am stoked about my sets.

      Strength still up. Did a breif seated military press work out.

        Those are some serious weights being used! Great to see your strength is still climbing. Has your strength increased for other body parts?

          I don't try to increase weight for things like arms, as I don't want to get any bigger there (22" is plenty) and legs I train only twice a month to keep them from growing too much more. but reps are easier and I can do more reps with the weights I use, so I would say yes to that question.

            hit legs Saturday. Haven't done them in a while so stayed light at 495 and just repped them out.
            495x15, 495x15, 495x12, 495x12, 495x10
            Then did some from squats with 315 jus tfor laughs. Not laughing so much today....I hurt.
            Only on 200mg of E a week now so recovery is not normal.
            hit flat bench today and stayed lighter as I had a rough day at work and it was raining and the bar was wet. Did't want any accidents.
            455x12, 475x10, 495x9, 495x8, 475x10, 455x12
            decent pump afterwards.
            Dr appt on the 10th with bloods.

                hit arms on Thursday.
                Friday had a consultation at a local gym to see if I want to join it.
                Saturday hit legs. Kept it light at 545 and did 5 sets of 10. Then hit leg extensions and lying leg curls, 3 sets of both, light weight focusing on reps and pump.
                I'm pretty sore today. Will do 150-200mg test to help with recovery.
