Matt, I sent you a diet in the format you asked for but you couldn't open it, which version of windows are you using?

Black, just have your girl have smaller portions of what you have. Or better still, get a hand held bodyfat monitor, one which will give you a minimum calorie intake and count her out 6 meals to fall short of the total - simple!

hey guys i have her taken care of.. I got a diet planned out for her and she seems really excited about it... she has her own treadmill at home... unfortunatlly she does not have a gym membership at this time but we went shopping for all the foods on her diet and she is on it... its all she talks about is the diet now.. i have created a monster.. hahah i will keep yall posted...
