youre natty..Midget's diet was made for a chemically enhanced athetle..drop carb to 6 oz per meal ,up your protein to 6-7 oz..have carbs for your breakfast ,pre and postworkout meals only..the rest of the meals should be healthy fats and protein.Make sure you cardio is on point as well..start 5-6 sessions moderate -high at 30 minutes..every 2 weeks bump it 5 minutes..35,40,45 until you reach 50-1 hr daily x7 days a week..

agreed, it shouldn't be your only source, but like i stated, include your veggies in your other meals. For myself, I use the fiber for my 2 egg white meals, and for my other 4 meals, Ill have 200-250grms of green veggiesPOPTARTS BIAATCH!!!Comment
