    Deca Sust Diet

    I am taking 500mg of Sust a week and 400mg of Deca. Just a starter cycle for me. Her is my diet I am trying my best follow. Tell me what you think..all suggestions welcome.

    Breakfast: 2 plain bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter, 3 HB eggs no yoke, a Glass of OJ

    Snack: Protien shake and a bannanna

    Lunch: Either a big chef salad with eggs , turkey, cheese and light ranch dressing, a small bag of chips and a pickle - or I substitue the Salad for a big chicken ceaser wrapper with chicken ceaser, vegetable, bacon, ect.

    snack: Protein Shake and bannanna or peanut butter crackers

    Snack/Pre-workout: Protein Shake, bannanna..maybe a Persian Pear
    Mid Workout ( 30 minutes ) sip on a shake and eat a nanner

    Post Workout: Finish shake

    Dinner: Whatever is cooked at home and then some


    I dont drink beer anymore, I hate fast food. I am getting about 300g of Protein a day. I am also currently taking Flaxseed oil, Milk Thistle, Ginger root, Vitamin B-12 drops, Amino 1850 on workout days and 1000mg of glutamine, orthanine, lysine, arganine and carnatine off days. Beta Carotine here and there.



    I would say between 2500-3500 calories a day. And this is only my first week. I have only shot 200mg of Deca so far and 250mg of sust...my next shot is Tomorow
