Whats up fellas? Well I have another question. How much protein can I take it at once. For example if my protein shake is 60g/4 scoops per serving, should i split it? Or screw it and have it as much as possible? I am 5'10 154lbs and I try to get around 180 grams of protein. :angry:
Can my body absorb that much?

i am not sure how much protein the body can absorb at once. i will say however that 180 of protein is not enough for you. your trying to bulk up right? the general rule of thumb for protein is to consume 1.5 or 2.0 grams of protein per pound you weigh.
154 x 1.5 = 231 grams of protein daily
154 x 2.0 = 308 grams of protein daily
