Chin ups 3 x 15

hammer strentgh seated row
3 x 15 w/ 4 plates on each side

No clue what the bar weighs. I'm just putting the weight of the plates

Feel like hammer bat shit still from my Friday atlas stone and log press beating. Keep in mind I am off all supps other than preworkout shit. Really hoping to maintain these weight if not increase. I pray before every set to make me strong!
