stats are 5'9 about 232lbs was 220 b4 cycle im currently in my 5th week of sus @ 500mg a week i think its starting to kick in i've been using all glute inj for this cycle. i was wondering if a whole cycle could be done using glute inj. i finally had someone perform a delt inj 1/2 cc in each however do to the fact thats its my 1st cycle i didnt want to rotate inj sites w/o proper supervivsion. should i try calves and tri's by by following spotinjections.com or should i continue the rest of my cycle in the glute area?

I'd stay in the glutes, maybe use the quads

I would rotate between glutes quads and delts. I do my own injections normally so I rarely inject glutes.

i did delts and i swear they look harder already i want to keep doing delts and maybe tri's quads look painful but no pain no gain

I have only tried glutes and quads. I love quads! thinking of trying delts and maybe tri's/bi's and calves as well

Unless you have a big ass(it wouldn't look good), one inch to one and a half is fine. I use one for everything, 23g too.
