Critical care travel nurse here. Last 2 years have really sucked and I needed a change of perspective. Hubs has encouraged me to let it all out at the gym with lifting. He's quite knowledgeable about this arena, but like a few wifeys I know, I don't listen to him very well. (He's pretty cute though!) I don't like to eat my calories and I don't like to get my sleep. So I really suck at this! Grew up competitive swimming, so you think I would have this mindset down. Nope! Here to learn from a community that probably has a ton of wise counsel. And, maybe one day, the hubs won't shake his head in exasperation. Cheers!
