I would go with Kre-Alkalyn 1500 by Sci Fit. Works way better then regular monohydrate, and its afforable! 2 caps in the morning 2 before you lift and thats it.
I've just got a tub of this, used it in the past and found it amazing! Good diet and a decent protein with this and it's the closest I've had to gear in terms of gains in strength & size, no bloat what so ever.
