How to really train

1. Use bands
2. Train each bodypart every day
3. Use off balance techniques to stimulate HGH response and lower cortisol
4. NEVER do cardio

Hey Daddy.
I love the never do cardio idea. I've always felt it was counter productive to maintaining high caloric values. I mean why try to eat 5000 calories a day then do an hour of cardio. It just doesn't make sense. Why not just cut the calories if your bloating from overeating. My philosophy at least. And I'm still growing at 61 years old.
Every day training seems to be a lot. I guess maybe the sets are fewer? At my age I recover much slower so each body part once a week is what I do.
What would a sample workout with bands look like every day.
Don't free weights and dumbbells create off balance responses as well.
