specify which you are talking about. If your referring to igf and gh then you'll have to weigh out price/availability to see if its worth it to you. I think igf is worth it...the long r3 igf-1

Real GH and IGF should be run for six months or longer so you need to make a real commitment.

GH is expensive, so if you decide to use it make sure you do it right. Running it for less than 6 months won't do much for your physique, but it will sure lighten your wallet.

Never tried GH, will be trying Igf-1 soon though.
