    Shout out from Brazil

    I’m on vacation here for a couple weeks.
    Beautiful country with incredible food, amongst other things!
    Probably will not have any time to hit the weights as we have a full agenda every day!
    I’ll be sure to bring back some goodies...

                  Where at in Brazil...if you are able to answer that openly?

                  With family or work?

                  Be careful if in Rio, and a few other places, it can get very dangerous down many of the streets.

                  Screw the gym if you are busy and having fun...just enjoy it

                  Though if you are there for a few weeks, maybe you will find time and a good place.

                      I’ve always wanted to go to Rio but hear it’s just too unsafe. If you hit rio lmk what you thought.
