Right now I weigh 191lbs, BF%? I don't care, not much though. I will be starting my cycle soon(I've been saying this shit for months now ) and my goal is to get to 220lbs and stay at around 208-210


I will also be doing my 1st competition this year in September

I didn't take a picture of my back becuase I need to shave. But I do have a great size on it. That's my best feature to me.

200lbs is just around the corner.

Constructive criticism:
Delts can use a lot more mass. This is also my weakest body part and I have a bitch of a time adding size to my shoulders.

I know, and it's funny becuase I work out with 205lbs on the press, free weights too. I might start spot injecting, we'll see.
