    Is this worth it? I have experimented with BCAAs for years, and really have not noticed a difference. I can tell that glutamine works - i I don't get sick as often due to my hardcore workouts, and my gut feels better. Creatine obviously works too.

    But I'm on the fence about trying leucine on its own. For the record I am pretty good about getting in 30-50 grams of protein 5 - 7 times per day, and on training days I saturate the body in protein - I have a pre-workout meal, intra-workout juice and whey concentrate (I know, it should be isolate), post-workout whey and juice, and then a meal like chicken and rice an hour or two later. I also run a little humalog (and gh) pre and post workout. Would leucine make any difference at all, ie, help me to add size to my arms? (My chest, delts, and back have been growing like crazy, but my arms have been stuck at 20 inches for years now; I'd like to push it to the next level and am already bombing and blasting them in the gym).
