Fuck it, time to get BIG..Ive made the decision to enter Superbody 2010 in Miami,FL so offseason starts here. I know i can get ripped but i aint winning no show weighting 196 pounds and i dont fuckin train or bust my ass for 2nd place. All or nothing is my motto...i have a lot time left to put size on. My body seems to love the 'rebound effect'..some will laugh and call me a liar but Ive gained 15 lbs in 10 days natty, eating up to 800g of carbs daily..lol ,thats a lot of fucking Jazmine rice...
...sitting on 227 as we speak, if i feel i start to gain too much fat I'll bring my carb intake down but not that it matters right at this moment however im planning to gain weight but staying somewhat "hard in the process....Ive the urge and that competition mentality is back on so whoever is doing it..watch out because im going to battle..
