    100 days, 100 supersets, day 1: 12/18/12

    I need to take charge of my physicality.
    Life has benn sending me adrift for some time.
    I need focus, reason, self-motivation sna inspiration to be strong again.
    I always loved supersets because they greatly improved muscular balance.
    By working opposing muscle groups, the contraction of one actually facilitates stretching of the other.
    Also, one can go from one exercise right to the other without any rest, and still get a great pump and make gains.
    By doing this, one can cut their training time almost in half.
    Of course, you may not be able to lift as much weight, but for an older lifter, the conditioning of supersets actually offer more benefit than the old, one set every five minutes routine.
