"Double Sterilization on every single Vial that we ship and carry!
At U.S. Elite Peptides, we believe that every vial should be sterilized 2x before we even consider getting ready for the Lyophilized Powder process. All of our vials are purchased domestically within The United States of America. We are committed to a level of excellence that certain other companies might find the need to neglect. This starts out with our vials. We actually take the time to "sample test" every 25th vial before we even consider placing our Amino Acids into them.
Why is this important???
Even though our vials are guaranteed to have 0 traces of micro-organisms including carbon within the glass itself, we take an extra step to sterilize them 1 more time. This gives us peace of mind knowing that our vials are 100% sterile. This eliminates any chance of unwanted pollutant's that can actually disturb the quality and purity when tested inside both Your lab's, and our lab as well. I cant stress how important it is to make sure that every single vial is 100% free of any unwanted micro-organisms that may have gotten contaminated due to heat, humidity, and handling of the vials before we decide to bring them into our lab and place our Lyophilized Powder into every vial that we carry in stock!!
This is Our technique for 2x sterilization on every vial that we ship out!!!!
1. Sanitize with Ethanol alcohol
2. Rinse with distilled water
3. Place vials in autoclave for 1 hour at 120 degrees Celcius
4. remove glass vials and place in glass drier oven at 120 degrees Celcius for 12 to 24 hours. ** Please note that FDA guidelines state that 3 hours is enough time for complete sterilization**. U.S. Elite takes it 1 step further. We continue this process up to 12 and 24 hours for complete sterilization. This gives us peace of mind that knowing our vials our ready for the next step which would be time for our (Lyophilized Powder) process.
