    Palumbo interviews Yates

    Great interview!

Dave: Who would win, you in your prime vs Phil?

Yates: I would. No hesitation. So would Kevin and Flex. Phil would beat Shawn bcoz he was too small.

    Lol! Fukkin epic!

He also goes more in detail about his ped use when competing.

Yates said that one of the phases that he grew the most was when he swicthed from running gh @ 8iu ed to 16iu eod.

I think Fred (2BigFred) mentioned long ago that higher dose-eod was the protocol that Gavin Kane put him on and he liked the results.

Yates ran no estrogen producing AAS during the 12 weeks leading up to a contest. Just a tad of test prop to keep test levels up, but mostly was parabolan, primo, anavar, clen and gh. He said that's why he looked contest ready 4 weeks out. He did however run test at higher doses off season. Milos introduced him to slin in '96, and he said it only made his physique watery. When he met Dan Duchaine, Dan asked what he was running, and freaked out bcoz of how small amounts Dorian was running - double your doses haha.

great videos. He looks good. Didn't know he was only 6 weeks out from the O when he tore his bicep. What a beast...

It would be great if he could get his shoulder fixed. Yeah saw the 2 videos. Dave says there will be more. Dorian is living the life in Southern Spain.

That’s really cool reinforces how some of the pros don’t run as much as you think . You either got it or don’t even though his gh was high

I could listen to him talk all day. Dude is about no-nonsense as they come. He gets right down to the details of his ped use, which no other Mr. O has done. He has a new book out - which coincides with the timing of those interviews. Forget the name - seen it over at MD last week.

Yeh I think he’s pretty badass too. His strongest strength is his work ethic

I met Dorian a few years back in Vagas at the USA, he was down to about 210, damn he looked good, ripped and healthy. One hell of a nice guy to. Maybe as long ago as 10 years back.
