                            mon..power day..push and pull..moderate cardio at night


                            tues..power leg day

                            wed..off..abs and HIIT cardio.


                            thr...hypertrophy..chest and back.

                            fri..hypertrophy,,legs... moderate cardio at night .

                            sat..hypertrophy..shoulders, arms..

                            sund..abs..HITT cardio.
