    Next Cycle: Plz Give Input

    Pre-workout Prohormone Methyls:
    Mini-Cycle One
    Week 1: M1T 10mg & 20 M4AD
    Week 2: M1T 20mg & 30 M4AD
    Mini-Cycle Two
    Week 3: M5AA 20mg & M14AD 20mg
    Week 4: M5AA 30mg & M14AD 30mg

    Repeat each mini-cycle one more time. Prohormones will be taken 1.30 hours (before my pre-workout shake) before my workouts. On "off days" I will take 1/2 of each dose in the am and pm.

    Injectables (8-10 Weeks depending on results):
    Pro-Sust (300mg 4AD Cyp & 100mg 4AD Prop per ml)
    1/2 ml Monday & 1/2 ml Thursday
    ----400mg total
    Enanthate (200mg per ml)
    1.5 ml Tuesday & 1.5 ml Friday
    ----600mg total
    Deca (300mg per ml)
    1.5 ml Wednesday & 1.5 ml Saturday
    ----900mg total
    Slin
    10 ius post-workout (5 on, 2 off)

    Important Safety Ancillaries:
    Letrozole 1.25mg EOD

    Liver Guard™ 4 tablets per day (am & pm)

    ALA 500mg twice per day


    Supplements:
    Multi Vitamin and Mineral with breakfast

    Glutamine - 10 grams with breakfast

    Breakfast shake 50 grams of protein

    Pre-workout shake 50 grams of protein with 5 grams of creatine and glutamine

    BCAA before each workout

    Post-workout shake 50 grams of protein with 5 grams of creatine and glutamine

    Post-workout Carb shake (150 grams of carbs)

    Pre-bed shake 50 grams of protein with 5 grams of creatine and glutamine and 1 tbs flax oil

    My stats are 247 lbs, 6 foot, 16% fat.

    Looks solid man seems like you have done your homework. I dont think you need 91 grams of protein before bedtime. A better approach would be 40 grams of protein shake with 1 tbsp flax. Then if you would like wake up at 2:30 and drink another 40 grams with 1 tbsp flax. also I would suggest adding whole grain oats to your preworkout shake which should be about an hour before your workout........Or mabe even two hours before your workout if you workout for an hour. so that after you workout you can drink your pwo meal exactly three hours after your last meal which would be ideal. overall plan looks solid I would like to see what you have planned for meals

      Ya I also was thinking of lower my grams of protein to 62 or so. 62 is because two scoops of isopure is 50 grams and 12 oz of milk adds 12 more grams. Flax oil would be good. Should I add it to every shake? Whole grain oats = oatmeal right? Maybe add one serving to my pre-workout shake? I think I will drink it 1 1/2 hours before my workout right before I take my methyls.

        exactly bro you got the idea.......yea whole grain oats are the old fashioned oatmeal that is not instant......just take flax in your prebed shake and if you wake up in the middle of the night then take it with that shake too it will slow the absorption rate of the protein which will give nutrients and vital amino's throughout your entire sleep................

            I like it the way it is except that no need for that much intake of protein before bed. I liked "fkts" idea instead. Instead of taking so much protein in at night, distribute it more evenly throughout the other ones. Welcome aboard and nice stats kid
