LMAO, But she knows something we don't dude.. She hits that cardio then on the way home stops by Mcdonalds for a Big Mac n Fries and washes it down with a diet coke and wonders why she can't loose weight!! lolComment

last time i cut i was doing 45min fasted cardio 5 days per wk and only lifting 3 evenings per wk. I ran 4.5 miles for the fasted cardop with the aid of clen and coffe straight up black and i cut from 240lbs to 210lbs in 6 weeks.Comment

I am jumping on a Intermittent Fasting for about 8 to 12 weeks. I will be doing Cardio 45 minutes in the morning steady walk. And then 25 minutes mid day. 4 days a week of Weights.
I want to drop 40lbs.
If i was not Cutting, i would not do any cardio, but i think in the future i will be adding in some.Comment
