pretty much just going to stick to this section I think, trying to get my butt back into a routine have really slacked off this last year had to many damn injurys with elbow, shoulder, knee and got a new hobbie a few years back dredging for gold and that alone is a full workout most weekend trips .
Just wanted to jump right in and get back into the flow posting and BSing helps me get motivated more and maybe learn from the old timers here since I believe and am now OLD ( 47 ) which SUKS but it beat the alternative.
Yes long time supp user just maintenancing now doing about 500mg per 2 weeks TE keeps me horny and looking decent
