    Ode to the old guy!

okay so my partner is a many time world champion in powerlifting - over the years he has held his share of titles and last year set a new squat record for his age and weight class- well the other night a couple 20 year olds were squatting and strutting around like they owned the gym after squatting 350 - so Bill - my partner - decides he is going to squat too - they were wearing suits by the way - and at 58 years old he gets under 710 after warming up and reps it for 10 with just his belt and knee wraps
they snuck away like whipped dogs - hard to beat the old guys sometimes

he is one very unique individual - the only guy I have ever worked out with who drives me a hard as I drive him - its brutal most of the time
