If you get excessive water retention that increases blood pressure, I would use an AI like aromasin, letro or arimidex.

10mg of cialis daily keeps the blood pressure down and in check. When I run a heavier cycle I always add in 10mg of cilais per day..I check my blood pressure quite often also...

Only drug in this game that I know of to potentially cause vision issues is clomid. I have never heard of anyone having vision issues from hypertension. You wanna keep BP in check to avoid myriad of more common problems, with kidneys right at the top.
