I think it was in his book Education of a bodybuilder. I’m not 100 percent sure because it was a long time ago.

Oh my gosh great book thank you so much for reminding me of it. Going to download it and read it again. Read it like 8 years ago. So much insight...and stories lol

It's not in the Education of a Bodybuilder, That was the first information I had of anything bodybuilding as a kid and I read that book many, many times and there is nothing regarding dosages within that book.
