Height: 5'9" starting weight: 248 lbs (will be weighing each week on same scale at same time of day..first thing upon waking, naked) starting bf %: 11% Let the games begin! Diet started 8/15 (Diet is the same for the first 3 weeks.) 7 meals per day 350g protein 300g carbs 60g fat BW

TRAINING 8/15:
45 seconds between sets! Chest: Incline BB press: 135 x 15, 185 x 12, 225 x 10, 265 x 8, 315 x 6 DB Flyes: 60 x 15, 70 x 12, 80 x 10 Hammer press: 2 plates x 20, 2 plates + 2 quarters x 15, drop set 2 plates + 4 quarters x 8 reps, strip quarter 8 reps, strip quarter 8 reps. Biceps: BB curl: 50 x 15, 80 x 12, 100 x 12 DB incline curl: 30 x 12, 35 x 10 DB hammer curl: 40 x 12, 50 x 10 Abs: 3 sets crunches x 20 per set. Cardio: 20 min on 7% incline x 3.2 mph Arrived in gym at 6:30 PM departed gym at 8:00 PM. BW

day 1: cyp, prop, tren, dbol, GH, clen, t3 Supps: 2g Vit C multi 320mg saw palmetto 200mg b6 1g milk thistle Will add more supps next week...

Feel naseaus today....very hard to eat. weight is 241 this morning. diet: same supps: same gear: dbol, gh, clen, t3 later today will train back/rear delts... BACK: Chins - 4 sets x 8-12 rack deads - 135x12, 225x12, 315x10, 405x6 db rows - 90x12, 100x10 cable rows close grip - 150x12, 165x10 rear peck deck - 160x12, 190x10 bent over rear laterals - 25x12, 30x10 cardio: 30min treadmill incline 7% x 3.2 mph BW

buff, you got if my man ok, day 5 8/19 feel much better today...food is going down much easier, little to no nausea. weight: 238 (yikes, dropping fast) diet: same supps: same gear: cyp prop tren dbol GH clen t3 TRAINING: Delts: BB press: 135x15, 205x10, 225x8 cable side raise: 25x15, 30x12, 35x10 one arm DB press: 65x10, 75x8 DB side raise: 35x12, 35x12, drop set 35x8-20x8-10x12 Biceps: cable curl: 50x15, 60x15, 80x12 machine preacher curl: 45x15, 45x15, drop set 65x7-55x7-45x7 Abs: ab cable crunch: 75x15 super set with hanging knee ups x 15 (2 sets) you'll notice the first week of training isn't very heavy...for a few reasons...#1 I decreased my rest time between sets to 45 seconds...#2 my body is in shock from the dramatic change in diet...#3 I'm using new exercises that either I've never used or haven't used in quite a while... It's 9:10 friday night, I'm fuckin drained... BW
