Egg whites international has a new orange flavor that I'm going try. You can drink them straight. Refrigerate them and like all natural food products, they expire.

That's exactly what I do. Two boxes is equivalent to 1.5 gallons and at a great price.

They are no big deal at all. If you are just raising them for yourself 2 or 3 is plenty. Supplement the chicken feed with some food trimmings and you have a cheap fresh full flavored source.

Fresh eggs are dark orange, taste like something and don't run all over the pan like store bought.

They don't take any room at all for a couple of them. There are a zillion plans on the internet for raising hens.
