    who takes fish oil or flax oil whatkind ?

    I have UDO'S flax oil...and carlsons fish oil{lemon flav} just started , its pretty good...i'm tryin to take a swig of flax then later a swig of fish oil ...olive oil chase it w/ water
    the right to try law is a title besides its all fiction "everything"

      I usually take Costco's Kirkland brand fish oils gelcaps.

              Animal Omega and coconut oil. I belive Animal Omega is the most complex mix oil suplement from the market.
