GH

I'm considering buying some gh. Never used before. How do you cycle it? Amount? Length of time? Etc.
Thanks

The more you use and the longer you use the better the results. Most people due to cost run about 4iu a day. Some split it. I find I get better results doing the whole 4iu post workout. 5 iu's is better in my opinion.
Also run your test along with it for optimum results.
You can get into specifics about timing the food you eat with your injection, etc. But this is the basic info. If you run it I would try to go 4-6 Monty minimum.
Honestly though for the average guy that isn't competing I think aas gives more bang for the buck.

I never got much from hgh in healing injuries.
BCP-157 and TB500 are far more effective for me.

Had a bud in VA who was an IFBB pro - competed in the 202 (pre 212 div). One day we got talkin gh. He told me the prior year his shoulder looked so fugged up on the mri that the doc told him his bb career was over - had to stop lifting. So he upped his dose of gh and said a year later he was pain free, AND his mri showed NO damage - said it blew the doc away. Howevet he didnt say what dose he was running. He DID say Ronnie took 20 units of gh ed. If he beleived that, then I would guess his dose was pretty high too haha.

This kind of stuff always confused me. Ronnie has now had his hips replaced and many back surgeries. Then some guys report these miraculous healing instances in joints. So many factors involved in this. I would imagine Ronnie wasn't doing other stuff to add to healing. He was busy doing 200 lb dumbbell presses and 800 lb squats. Probably not stretching. Probably taking lots of NSAIDs. Maybe the other guy modified his training, stretched a lot and such which gave room for the GH to work.

On the other hand whenever I use GH after a few months people come up to me and tell me I look younger. Back when I was just using peptides my wife and I were going through photos and it was obvious I looked younger after a year or so on peptides and a little GH here and there. She actually got pissed. I asked if she wanted to join in and that just pissed her off more. Go figure.

Maybe the GH just gives you more of what you are already. In my case it adds shape, a little better metabolism, a little mass, recovery from training, and makes the skin look younger. Some of my gifted friends just grow like crazy on it. One Junior Nationals champ I know grew 20 inch arms in one year once he got on AAS. In his late 20s, when GH really hit BBing he did a run of the real US grade stuff and transformed into a monster and pretty much in just a few months. He was gifted for muscle growth from birth and the GH was like throwing gasoline on that fire. Same thing with a couple others I knew. Another guy just got bigger and blockier. Another guy that really didn't have the greatest genetics for growth gained some size and shape but nothing like the first guy. Another guy a national champ in judo at 209 lbs was strong as a chimpanzee. He just got stronger, more wirey, and his face became more boney or robust looking. He got impossibly strong to the point guys at the national level were getting their bones broken on a regular.
